Locum Physician – Electrophysiology (EP) | Petoskey, MI
McLaren Northern Michigan is seeking a Board-Certified Electrophysiologist for onsite daily coverage (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with no night call or weekend coverage required. This role offers a competitive locum pay package (weekly pay via direct deposit), and the assignment runs starting 06/15/2026 for 3 weeks per month at the Petoskey locations listed below.

What You’ll Do
- Provide onsite Electrophysiology coverage for clinic and cath lab
- Deliver outpatient care (clinic volume noted: ~20 outpatients)
- Support procedures/EP lab services (noted: 2 full EP lab days/week)
- Work within the facility’s workflow using the current EHR (Cerner)
- Collaborate with clinic support including APP
- Provide coverage aligned to the assigned Mon–Fri daytime schedule
- Maintain accurate presence/participation per facility workflow (site uses DocTime clock in/out)
What You Need
Required
- Board Certification in Electrophysiology
- Electrophysiology clinical/procedural experience
- Ability to provide onsite coverage during Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Preferred
- Familiarity working in a Cerner environment (preferred; not required)
About the Assignment
McLaren Northern Michigan, a top-tier health system in Petoskey, MI, is seeking a Board-Certified Electrophysiologist for onsite daily coverage covering both clinic and cath lab.
