What You’ll Do

  • Deliver anesthesia care plans in collaboration with pediatric anesthesiologists, based on pre-operative assessments

  • Perform anesthesia workflow including induction, maintenance, and emergence

  • Provide specialized care for neonatal and pediatric patients and support families through perioperative processes

  • Maintain clinical readiness and coordinate with OR and anesthesia teams for efficient case flow

  • Apply critical thinking to adjust care plans during perioperative changes

  • Participate in clinical processes supporting safe anesthesia delivery in a pediatric setting


What You Need
Required

  • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

  • Graduation from an accredited, AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program

  • Current CRNA certification

  • Ohio licensure

  • PALS certification

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to demonstrate strong manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina


Preferred

  • 1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience

Dayton Children’s is expanding its state-of-the-art anesthesia department and is seeking a CRNA to join a pediatric-focused team.
