Description Daytona, FL <ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 11-15</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: - $310,000 - $368,500 - Provider incentive bonus is performance-based, not RBU or fee-for-service</li> <li>Benefits: - Outstanding comprehensive benefits package - 5 CME days and a $3,500 allowance - Concurrent Malpractice Insurance - Medical and Dental from day one - 8 Paid Federal Holidays - 18 PTO Days</li> <li>Additional Info: Hybrid role: Working from home, in the clinic, and visiting local practices. - Living in Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, or the Space Coast is required Become an instrumental member of our primary care team. You will combine clinical practice with leadership and clinical management to ensure patient care and alignment with value-based care (VBC) principles. Qualifications: - MD/DO with Florida License - BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine - 5 years of experience in outpatient practice, with clinical experience in primary care, senior health, and value-based care (VBC) - 3 years of experience leading clinicians in a leadership role with demonstrated impact on clinician talent, culture, and performance, partnership with operations, and supporting teams</li> </ul> * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
