Job Details

• Full-time position, option for a 5 or 4 day work week


• Please have at least 1 year of experience as an NP in Endocrinology


• Mainly inpatient with some outpatient clinic work


• Responsibilities include Diabetes Management, Insulin Pump education, Continuous Glucose Monitoring, and more


• Certified Diabetes Educator certification is highly desired but not required


• Connecticut license in hand or in process
