All Star has a great client needing an Interventional Cardiologist for Locum coverage in Virginia. Some details and coverage expectations include:

During the week (M-Th)

• STEMI coverage at night only


• IP or Cath Lab during the day, depending on need

Friday

• IP or Cath Lab during the day depending on need


• STEMI and general call at night (starting at 4:30pm)

Saturday-Sunday

• STEMI and general* call during the day and at night
  
  
  
  • *General includes hospital consults, reads and stress tests
  
  
  
  

Upcoming dates needing coverage:

• Anticipating 7-10 days per month, starting 2021


• When can you start and what availability can you offer?

Other details:

• There are no open hearts here


• Impella required, only as a bridge therapy to maintain hemodynamic stability for transport to an open heart facility


• Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology is needed
