• Fulltime permanent position


• The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm


• Outpatient practice Seeing 30-45 Patients Per Day


• There is a strong support staff of advanced practitioners and Physicians on site


• Duties will include conducting histories and physical exams, preparing treatment plans and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, new patient consults, follow up visits, and administering trigger point injections


• WA license must be in hand or in process


• Must have at least one year of experience as an NP/PA to be considered
