Job details:

• Full-time permanent position


• You will be working a Monday-Friday position 8am-5pm


• Duties include primary Care responsibilities such as diagnosis and treatment and monitoring of common health problems, injury and illness prevention, monitoring chronic health problems, performing testing, writes prescriptions and performs office procedures


• Must be comfortable seeing all ages and working autonomously


• The provider must have at least 1 year of experience in primary care


• Must have a Maine license in hand or in process
