- BC/BE General Surgeon
- Call Schedule rotated through a local group, Trauma everyone is paged
- 10-12 pt's per day clinic, 13 Surgeries per week with room to grow
- Bread and Butter procedures plus C-Sections, Endoscopy, ear tubes, and tonsils
- Large regional referral base
- They have IM, Peds, Podiatry, Optometry FP, FPOB, Radiologist on staff
- Competitive compensation including an initial guarantee period, during the ramp up, to build into wRVU model
