Job Details:

• The provider will be working roughly 22 hours per week Monday- Thursday school-based hours ( Schedule to be discussed during the interview)


• Holidays, weekends and summer off


• The Provider will be performing primary health care and seeing students for wellness/sick visits follow up consults, vaccinations, prescribe to patients


• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an NP/PA working in primary care/urgent care related field in an outpatient setting


• The ideal candidate will have WA license in process or in hand


• Salary negotiable with experience along with benefits package
