  • Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5x8 hours)

  • Hours/Week: 40

  • Employment Type: 6-month contract

  • License/Certs: NC State license, CRNA Board Certification, ACLS & PALS

  • Experience: 1-2 years, no new graduates

  • Schedule: Must be flexible, no consecutive days, ability to float

  • Willing to License: No, license must be active in North Carolina


Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $218.40

  • Overtime: 1.5x rate, paid after scheduled hours (OT hours are not guaranteed)

  • Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide anesthesia services in a 20-operating room hospital setting, covering general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma cases

  • Collaborate with medical teams and facilitate anesthesia for diverse patient populations

  • Monitor patients using Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring equipment

  • Float between locations, supporting various anesthesia services as needed

  • Ensure patient safety and anesthesia quality compliance

  • Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols


What You Need:

Required:


  • North Carolina RN license with CRNA certification

  • 1-2 years of anesthesia experience

  • ACLS & PALS certifications

  • Ability to work flexible schedule and float between departments



Preferred:


  • Experience with cardiovascular and neuro anesthesia

  • Ability to adapt to different equipment and patient needs
