    • 49 bed acute care facility 
      
  • Census:
        
    • 22.5k annual ED volume
      
  • Support Staff: 
        
    • 14 Hours APP Coverage daily  
    • 20 hours scribe coverage
      
  • Procedures: 
        
    • All Standard ER procedures 
      
  • EMR: 
        
    • Cerner
      
  • Board Certification: 
        
    • Board Certified Required (ANCC or AANP or equivalent)
      
  • Travel: 
        
    • Hospital will cover
      
  • Credentialing timeline:
        
    • Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start 
      
  • Requirements:
        
    • Active IL state license  
    • Active DEA and CDS in IL or willing to transfer   
    • ATLS, ACLS, PALS
