Director of Birth Services needed

Join a community, not for profit, acute care, critical access hospital. We are one of two Vermont hospitals designated as a Baby Friendly hospital. We also provide primary and preventive care, surgical and specialty services, inpatient and outpatient care and 24 hour, physician staffed emergency services.

• Accountable for the delivery of high-quality care on the nursing unit
• Builds an environment of Shared Decision making among your team
• Serve as a role model for professional nursing practice
• Manage the administrative and management of personnel, fiscal, and material resources
• 5 years clinical experience in all areas of maternal care required
• BSN or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; MSN strongly preferred
