Hours: .75 FTE (30 hours/week), Three 10-Hour Shifts

What They Are Looking For

A provider with at least 1 year of experience providing anticoagulation therapy using coumadin and administering Coumadin according to current evidence-based standards of practice.

Job Summary

The Advanced provider in this position will be responsible for providing professional health services through providing assessment, diagnosis, education and/or treatment for acute and chronic health problems along with preventive care.
