What You’ll Do
- Provide adult Hematology-Oncology care in an outpatient/clinic setting
- Manage ongoing oncology and hematology needs with a mix of oncology (70%) and hematology (30%)
- Support new patient consults (approximately 2–3 new consults/day) and follow-up care
- Coordinate care between clinic and hospital based on site needs (~95% clinic / 5% hospital)
- Use EPIC EMR to document assessments, plans, and treatment workflows
- Participate in night call coverage as scheduled (potential 3–6 shifts/month)
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain continuity for an average patient census ~22/day
What You Need
Required
- Hematology-Oncology / Hematologist-Oncologist experience (board status not specified in posting)
Preferred
- Comfort working within an outpatient-heavy practice with occasional inpatient needs
- Experience documenting in EPIC EMR
- Willingness to complete credentialing for the facility (timeline noted)
