Full-time - 136 shifts per year - 24 hour coverage for Nursery

Base salary - 245k plus sign on 25k, relocation allowance up to 15k, CME, great benefits package

Extra shifts - $1700 per 24 hour shift

Level 2 NICU in a LDRP department with 10 rooms; 3 NICU beds

2 Nurses (RNs) on each shift

Babies kept at 32 weeks and above who are improving and do not need surgery or a ventilator – otherwise transferred out after stabilization
Average is 1-2 deliveries a day; 450-500 deliveries per year with 30% transferring out
10 LDRP rooms on the floor with NICU in the middle of the department
3 NICU beds
2 Nurses (RNs) on each shift
Assigned Respiratory Therapist in the hospital for support
