A premier academic health system in Philadelphia invites applications from fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction surgeons to join a highly collaborative, nationally recognized orthopaedic program. Position Highlights

   Prestigious Academic Setting: Join one of the most respected and collaborative academic orthopaedic programs in the nation, housed within a state-of-the-art, dedicated musculoskeletal center with multiple downtown and suburban locations.

   Advanced Technology: Access to 3 Stryker Mako Robots, ROSA robotic system, VELYS navigation for hips, and adaptable navigation for additional procedures — among the most advanced platforms available.

   Strong Clinical Infrastructure: Over 4,200 orthopaedic OR blocks annually across 3 downtown hospitals. Minimum 3 exam rooms per provider, 1:1 APP support, and full backing of 42 residents, 3 fellows, and orthopaedic surgical assistants.

   Compelling Case Volume: Typical annual volume of 500–600 cases, primarily hip and knee arthroplasty with 20–30% revision surgery. Very diverse patient population spanning urban, suburban, and varied socioeconomic backgrounds.

   Favorable Call Structure: Voluntary Level I trauma call available with additional compensation of $1,000/month. A specialized triage system manages complex referrals outside of the call schedule.

   Structured Ramp-Up: Approximately 2.5 clinical days and 2 OR days per week at the outset, with OR time expanding as your practice grows.

Compensation & Benefits

   Competitive Compensation: Junior surgeons earn >$500,000; top performers can reach seven figures with RVU based incentive model

Qualifications

   Degree: MD or DO; fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction (Hip & Knee).

   Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.

   Experience: Open to experienced surgeons as well as new fellowship graduates.
