Qualifications: 

• Degree:  DDS or DMD required
• Licensure: Eligible for Kentucky dental licensure
• Skillset:  Competency in restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, fillings, cleanings, and extractions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
