Pay & Benefits

- OT/Holiday Details:

- Holiday pay: 1.5x normal rate on applicable holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
What You’ll Do
- Provide anesthesia services for a high-volume hospital setting with multiple ORs and varied specialties
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care across a broad patient population (all ages)
- Float as needed across locations/sites, including MOSES CONE as the main location
- Support general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma cases
- Contribute to care across ~20 ORs and NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI)
- Use EPIC as the EMR system
- Bring skills preferred in areas such as hearts/vascular, neuro, and peds (not required to hearts/landing lungs at Cone)
What You Need
Required
- CRNA Board Certification: Yes
- State License: North Carolina (compact license only is allowed)
- ACLS and PALS certification
- Experience: 1–2 years (no new graduates)
Preferred
- Experience/skills with hearts/vascular, neuro, and peds
About the Assignment
This CRNA contract supports a leading hospital anesthesia department in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a high-volume mix of general and specialty procedures across both main OR and non-OR anesthesia locations (including IR, EP, ENDO, and MRI). Providers must be able to float, and medical direction will be handled at the Moses Cone location.
