What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient hematology/oncology advanced practice care (solid tumors and hematologic malignancies)
- Work closely with hematologist/oncologists and the infusion team to support coordinated patient management
- Partner with nurse navigators and support services to ensure streamlined care
- Manage patient visits in an outpatient clinic setting with inpatient collaboration as needed
- Use EPIC to document and coordinate care
- Support an integrated cancer care environment alongside clinical and operational teams
- Provide team-based care with oncology nursing and other clinic support roles
What You Need
Required
- MN license required (Minnesota)
- Eligible to work as an APRN/NP or PA (position open to both)
- Board certification: PA or APP
- Hematology/oncology advanced practice provider experience: Not specified (but manage solid tumors/hematologic malignancies)
Preferred
- Experience in an outpatient oncology setting (solid tumors and/or hematologic malignancies)
- Comfort collaborating with infusion and navigation teams in an integrated oncology clinic

This Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider role is based at a leading hospital-based outpatient oncology practice in New Ulm, MN, supporting community cancer care with access to an integrated oncology network. The clinic provides outpatient-only hematology/oncology services with coordinated support from oncology nurse navigators, infusion teams, and multidisciplinary resources, using EPIC for connected care.
