Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology (Marquette, MI)

What You’ll Do
- Provide neonatal advanced care in the NICU, including evaluation and management of critically ill infants
- Support diagnosis and stabilization for conditions such as respiratory distress and sepsis
- Participate in management of complex neonatal presentations including pulmonary hypertension, pneumothorax, seizures, and VLBW
- Perform or assist with advanced procedures as credentialed (based on training and facility needs)
- Coordinate care with RN and RT teams to support ventilator therapies and respiratory management
- Collaborate with available pediatric specialists/consult resources to support comprehensive neonatal care
- Stabilize cases requiring transport out when surgical intervention is needed
What You Need
Required
- NRP certified
- Board certified in Neonatology preferred / Board Eligible (board status noted as preferred/acceptable)
- Training/skills with advanced neonatal procedures and critical care management as listed (including intubation and central line placement; credentialing required)
Preferred
- Board certified in Neonatology
- Experience with NICU care involving advanced ventilator management (including oscillators and iNO), thermal cooling, and related high-acuity neonatal therapies

The NICU supports a range of high-acuity neonatal conditions and uses modern resources including ventilator support and full diagnostic capabilities, along with an EHR system (Cerner).
