MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights (3x12) | Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct bedside nursing care for patients on a Med Surg/Tele unit
- Monitor and respond to patient needs using telemetry and standard nursing assessments
- Manage typical Med Surg/Tele workflow with an estimated ratio of 1:4–5 (as assigned)
- Start and manage IV access as needed during shift
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity based on staffing needs
- Deliver care using Epic documentation tools
- Support safe, quality care across a unit with orthopedic and infectious disease patient populations (as assigned)
What You Need
Required
- Current RN license
- BLS
- 2 years of relevant RN experience
- IV starts
- Telemetry (Tele) experience
- Intermediate-level skills as applicable to Med Surg/Tele care
- Epic experience
- Availability for weekdays and some weekends
- Night shift (3x12s) schedule adherence
- Able to float within equivalent or lower acuity units
Preferred
- ACLS
- Previous travel experience
About the Assignment
Join an EAST TOWER Med Surg/Tele environment supporting patients across orthopedic surgery/trauma and infection/related care needs (assignment specifics may vary). This is a Night position with no call, requiring flexibility to float within comparable units when needed.
