Brief overview of job: The CRNAs Will be working in our community facilities performing bread and butter cases.

Dates of Coverage: 6/1-9/7

Hours each day: 8 to 12 hour shifts

Lunch hour: Yes

On Call schedule: No

Degree Requested: Either CRNA or AA

Experience requested: 2 + years, must have worked in specialty within last 90 days

Specialty: CRNA or Anesthesiologist Assistant

Board Certification required: No

Do you have a supervising MD (mid-level only): Yes

Certifications Required: BLS, SC License, DEA

Will the provider be credentialed with Insurance Carriers: No

Provider need to be prior enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid: No    What state: NA

Credentialing Time Frame: One week

EMR/EHR system: EPIC

Patient Load: 3-5 cases per day

Age Range: 18+

Any procedures performed: Proficient in IV sedation, General Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia (Bier Blocks).

Specific Dress Code: Scrubs

Hotel: $125/night
