EXPERIENCED HEMATOLOGY/ONCOLOGY APP NEEDED IN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA

• full time, permanent position
• M-F, no call required
• team composed of experienced nurses, navigators, and community oncologistpres
• Outpatient clinical responsibilities focused on: assessing/treating follow up hematology and oncology patients in collab with community oncologist, completing survivorship care plans, prescription management, providing symptom management services to patients diagnosed with hematology/oncology disorders, supervise chemotherapy under direction of managing physician
• Facility accredited by American College of Surgeon's Commission on Cancer
• Facility includes a healing garden, 8 infusion chairs, 2 private infusion areas, patient image renewal areas, and community outreach spaces
