We are seeking an ABEM board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physicians to join a well-established EM program serving both a main hospital emergency department and multiple affiliated freestanding EDs in the Pensacola, Florida, area.

Physicians will be expected to participate in teaching, with additional compensation provided. Medical students rotate through the department from the University.

Automatic credentialing at all four facilities, all included in one contract:
Main ED

306-bed hospital
~65,000 annual ED visits
39 ED beds
1.6 to 2.0 patients/hour
Physician coverage: 48 hours/day
APC coverage: 64 hours/day
8 to 9 hour shifts (days and nights)
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Bedside ultrasound available
Non-trauma center
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS
