Description Seeking a Locums Physician (MD) to staff a freestanding emergency department (FSED) / ED & Urgent Care setting in the Radcliff, KY area (on-site). This is a new service “go-live” currently scheduled for September 14, 2026, and providers must be able to complete credentialing/onboarding requirements prior to start. Credentialing timeframe: typically 60–90 days once a completed application and supporting documents are received. Skills • Active Kentucky medical license required (KY temporary licenses acceptable) • Board certification pathway (must meet at least one): ABEM or AOBEM • Board certification pathway (must meet at least one): ABFM / ABIM / AOBFM / AOBIM with Emergency Medicine experience • AHA BLS + PALS (required) • ATLS required for non–EM-boarded MDs * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
