What You’ll Do
- Provide respiratory therapy and/or nursing support in a home healthcare setting based on assigned needs.
- Complete scheduled patient visits with timely documentation for each service/setup.
- Support continuity of care by following plan-of-care priorities and visit timing requirements.
- Coordinate scheduling using the required dedicated day per week for patient visit planning.
- Deliver patient-focused care in the home environment, maintaining professionalism and safety.
- Communicate with the care team to ensure smooth coverage across Eugene and surrounding areas.
What You Need
Required
- Credential:
- Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and/or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Residency: Must reside within 30 miles of Eugene, OR
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Driving: Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Transportation: Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided)
Preferred
- Experience in home healthcare (not specified, but helpful)
- Ability to support PRN scheduling needs and occasional travel within the service area
