Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations for adult patients in an inpatient Psychiatric setting, treating non-behavioral health conditions such as sore throats, rashes, diabetes, and medication consults.
  
• Cover emergency department medical consults as needed.
  
• Perform daily inpatient rounding on a 20-bed unit.
  
• Collaborate with mid-level providers, social workers, and nursing staff.
  
• Maintain full-time onsite coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no telehealth).
