Description
Our client located in Flagstaff, Arizona is currently looking for an experienced CRNA to fill an ongoing contract.Work Details:
• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
• Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
• Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital bed size: 317 Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• License required: AZ License
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
