• Board: Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
  
• Licenses: Licensed in CA

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  
• Other Qualifications: Clean NPDB, malpractice, and background check required for emergency privileges; proficiency with Epic EMR
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to STEMI call activations within 30 minutes.
  
• Provide interventional cardiology procedures for acute STEMI patients.
  
• Manage on-call coverage for 7-15 shifts per month with 24-hour beeper call.
  
• Coordinate with cardiology team for non-STEMI urgent cases.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
