Requirements: - Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and to be BC within 1 year of employment) in OB/GYN - [REQUIRED]

- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa - [REQUIRED]
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exception, required at presentation
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
- Board Certified
