What You’ll Do
- Provide psychiatric-focused advanced clinical care as a Nurse Practitioner
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
- Manage ongoing care, monitor symptoms, and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
