Medix is seeking a skilled Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join a premier NICU clinical team. Reporting directly to the Medical Director and Chief Nursing Officer, you will function as an integral piece of an interdisciplinary medical team providing specialized, age-specific care to neonate, infant, and pediatric populations. Essential Responsibilities:
• Upholding standardized clinical procedures and advanced nursing plans within the neonatal specialty under CA Title 16 guidelines.
• Providing individualized care consistent with Nursing Standards of Care, the Plan for Provision of Patient Care, and the Performance Improvement Plan.
• Performing complex neonatal health assessments, clinical interventions, and post-delivery stabilization.
• Identifying safety concerns and instituting measures to provide a safe environment with consideration of developmental milestones.
