Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient care for assigned patients on a 7 on / 7 off rotation
  
• Conduct daily rounds and coordinate with supervising physicians
  
• Perform admissions, discharges, and comprehensive documentation in Epic
  
• Collaborate with RNs, PA/NPs, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care
  
• Respond to changes in patient status and adjust treatment plans accordingly
