Requirements:
- MD or DO, BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology - [REQUIRED]
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in both Iowa and Illinois - [REQUIRED]
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice - [REQUIRED]
- Clean Malpractice/Background - [REQUIRED] - please upload Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) at time of presentation
- Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply) - [REQUIRED]
