Medix has partnered with an expanding medical network to secure a dedicated Pediatrician for a combined inpatient/outpatient opportunity. This position allows you to build a thriving outpatient panel while covering rotational hospital floor, newborn nursery, and emergency room pediatric coverage. Essential Responsibilities:
• Providing full-scope medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, including well-child checks, immunizations, and acute sick visits.
• Covering the local Emergency Room for pediatric clinical checks.
• Managing Level I newborn nursery coverage (averaging 800 deliveries per year with an average newborn census of 3-5).
• Attending emergency C-sections when explicitly requested by the OB team.
