Medix has been tasked with identifying an Occupational Health Physician to assume total operation oversight responsibility for a major plant health center. This multi-faceted role combines direct clinical care, personnel management, corporate compliance tracking, and direct integration with local HR, Safety, and Labor business partners.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Managing the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses.
• Providing higher-level medical determinations for medical surveillance, qualification exams, and Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) exams.
• Leading the site Emergency Response and First Responder programs, including planning annual mock runs and debriefing teams.
• Overseeing plant floor walkthroughs to analyze ergonomic placement and participating in monthly safety/labor compliance reviews.
• Managing, coaching, and mentoring the on-site medical and nursing team, supervising timekeeping, and conducting direct-report performance evaluations.
