Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Women’s Health (Issaquah, WA)

What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient Women’s Health/OB care, including new OB visits
- Conduct dating and viability ultrasound during the first new OB visit (60-minute visit includes ultrasound)
- Manage OB follow-up visits, including 16-week and 28-week appointments
- Provide birth control counseling and services, including IUD insertions/removals; Nexplanon available but not required
- Perform or support procedural Women’s Health needs, including endometrial biopsies (as required)
- Evaluate general GYN complaints and complete annual Women’s Health exams
- Perform mental health screenings as part of routine patient care
What You Need
Required
- NP, PA, or CNM license/certification
- Training and experience in Women’s Health, including:
- IUD placements/removals
- Endometrial biopsies
- Obstetrical care
- Ability to complete credentialing (process may take 30–90 days)
Preferred
- Experience handling a full scope of outpatient Women’s Health/OB visits, including ultrasound scheduling/workflow in first-visit encounters
About the Assignment
You’ll join an outpatient-only Women’s Health practice in Issaquah, WA, supporting comprehensive OB and GYN care. The role includes new OB first visits (including dating/viability ultrasound), key OB checkpoints (16 and 28 weeks), and Women’s Health services such as annual exams, contraception management (including IUD procedures), and endometrial biopsies—along with mental health screenings as part of patient care. Hospital privileges are not required, though credentialing is required prior to start.
