What You’ll Do
- Provide quality nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and comfort throughout surgeries
- Assist surgical team with sterile techniques and equipment setup
- Maintain patient safety and advocate for patient needs
- Document patient information accurately in compliance with hospital protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- At least 2 years of OR experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
