What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient urology coverage through scheduled 24-hour call shifts
- Respond to urgent cases and perform surgical assessments as needed
- Manage patient cases during call periods, including callbacks averaging 4–5 hours daily
- Collaborate with the hospital team on patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
- Support the facility’s urology needs with flexibility for additional shifts if comfortable
What You Need
- Active medical license or IMLC licensure in Washington
- BC certification in Urology
- DEA registration
- Urology surgical skills and experience with inpatient call coverage
- Ability to work 24-hour beeper call shifts
- Strong communication and patient management skills
