  REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  

  

    
• Board Status: Board Certified in Rheumatology

    
• State License: WA License required or Universal License (IMLC)

    
• Certifications: BLS

  

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care, diagnosing and managing conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and osteoporosis.

    
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including arthrocentesis and joint/soft tissue injections.

    
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and DXA scans.

    
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including DMARDs, biologics, and pain management.

    
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with primary care physicians and other specialists.
