- 4-week block model: ICU with call, post-call week off, then 2 weeks OR assignments
- 19 weeks total time off annually with post-call day off always guaranteed
- First call only -- no second call responsibilities
- Fellowship-trained critical care anesthesiologist required; board-certified or eligible
