What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality maternal and neonatal care in a dedicated labor and delivery unit
- Manage patient assessments, monitor labor progress, and respond to clinical needs
- Administer medications, IVs, and assist in procedures like epidurals
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately within EPIC electronic medical records
- Support patients and families through labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
- Float to other units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability
What You Need:
- Current Ohio RN license and applicable certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP)
- Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience, including IV start and epidural knowledge
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Strong clinical skills in labor management and neonatal assessments
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
