COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- Earning potential: 300K +
- $20,000 sign-on bonus (negotiable)
- 10K stipend per APP supervised
- Relocation assistance (amount based on location; paid 30 days prior to start)
- 15 days PTO + 11 paid holidays
- 5 CME days and $3,000 annual allowance
- Access to NHSC/AHEC student loan repayment programs

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
- 100% outpatient-only setting
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Average patient volume: 18-20 per day
- Team includes shared nurse and dedicated MA
