It is open to new graduates or experienced anesthesiologists. It includes full benefits, 9 weeks of vacation, and a flexible $20 Sign on/relocation. Ideal candidates would have interest in staying long term, clean malpractice, and have an active license.

Salary: starts at $400k

Partnership Track: 2 years

Vacation: 9 weeks

Benefits: CME, HSA, Health Insurance, 401k matching (after year 1)

Call: 1/6 weekdays, roughly one weekend per month

– most call is OB

ORs: 11

Cases: Blocks, hearts, general, OB, MRIs

Sign on/Relocation: $20k – amount that can be used for either, depending on applicants preference

Credentialing: 3-4 months
