- Night coverage provided by in-house APP from 7 pm - 7 am
- 7 - 10 shifts per month sought
- Ped floor: 2 - 3 ppd; ER consults: 0 - 1 per day
- Average daily census: 3 pediatric floor patients
- 6-bed inpatient pediatric unit
- Procedures: lumbar punctures, vent mgmt, high flow nasal cannula
- Stabilization, transfer, and ER consult skills required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
