Per diem RN or LPN needed at a top facility in Massachusetts!

Currently looking for a nurse to work at our senior living community.  Hours will vary. Must have experience in long term care or home health.

Job Requirements:
- Respond to emergency calls from residents
- Use assessment skills to determine care needs and communicating those needs to the resident and family
- Provide routine nursing treatments
- Document all care given in the electronic record
- Document incident reports such as falls in the electronic record

Qualifications:
* RN or LPN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* CPR/AED certification
* Minimum 3-5 years Nursing experience
