Speech and Language Pathologist – Outpatient & Inpatient Setting – International Falls, MN

- Certifications Required: MN SLP license, ASHA Certification
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field with EMR experience (preferably Epic)
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $70,000 to $105,000 annually (based on experience)
- Placement Fee: Starting from $70,000 at the lower end of the scale; vendor fees apply accordingly
- Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off (details provided upon hiring)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous professional development
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and safety
What You Need:
- Required:
- MN SLP license
- ASHA Certification
- BLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Preferred:
- Experience with electronic medical records, especially Epic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
