• Contract Length: 6 months preferred (open to split coverage with 2 providers)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• Clinic-only coverage


• No call


• Open to providers working 2 weeks/month to help cover full-time need

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) – OBGYN


• Active AZ license or IMLC


• Comfortable seeing 20–25 patients per day


• 2 years of case logs required for credentialing


• References required
