What You’ll Do
- Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries within inpatient OR settings
- Collaborate with surgeons during complex procedures, including first assist roles
- Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed
- Document procedures accurately within Cerner/Oracle EMR system
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Provide excellent patient care for adult patients undergoing gynecologic surgeries
What You Need
- Required: Active PA license in NJ, First Assist Certification with robotic surgery experience, BLS/ACLS certification, 3+ years of surgical assisting experience, prior gynecological surgical experience
- Preferred: Experience with inpatient gynecological surgeries, robotic surgery proficiency
