Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour
- Annual Compensation: $312,000 – $438,000 (includes Medical Director stipend of $25,000)
- Bonuses: Potential relocation allowance and sign-on bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Provide OB-GYN triage, labor & delivery management, and emergency care
- Conduct inpatient consults for obstetric and gynecologic conditions
- Manage approximately 1,200 births annually in a Level II NICU setting with MFM support from Stanford
- Collaborate with community OB-GYNs and nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Support program development as a Medical Director (optional leadership role)
What You Need:
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- 5 or more years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively within a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
